First Aid Training For Parents, Nannies & Carers

First Aid Training For Parents, Nannies & Carers

Course Description

Accidents happen in seconds. A choking infant, a dangerously high fever, a loss of consciousness, a burn — in those moments, you are the first person on the scene. Our First Aid training, the Premiers Secours Citoyen (PSC), has been specially designed for parents, nannies, and carers to give you the gestures, the reflexes, and the confidence to act immediately and effectively while waiting for emergency services to arrive.

Who Is This For?

This training is for anyone responsible for the care of young children—new parents, grandparents, nannies, childminders, and family carers. No medical background or prior experience is required. If you look after a child, this training is for you.

Your Trainer — Lara Thorel

Lara Thorel, a certified PSC First Aid instructor with specialist expertise in pediatric emergency response, delivers this program. Known for her clear, reassuring, and hands-on teaching style, Lara creates a learning environment where every participant leaves with genuine, practical reflexes—not just theoretical knowledge. Her sessions combine real-life scenarios, guided demonstrations, and supervised practice so that every gesture becomes second nature.
